Names in the Palm are Last name first ....Names in the
outlook 2002 for xp are in as first name then last...how
is that? I want to keep it consistent. Even after I
hotsync using my chupura outlook conduits it is not
consistant ...and I also get alot of duplicates. Any info
or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Have a nice
day!!

Basically Viewing Contacts. I would like my palm view of
contacts and my Outlook view of contacts to be the same.
They are different as one displays 1st name then last
name and one displays last name then 1st name. When I set
it up to hotsync for palm to overwrite desktop or desktop
to overwright palm it still has the same view. The Palm
is Last name 1st and the Desktop is 1st name 1st. Why
does it not do what its told to do!!!! Thanks...

You still need to answer my question.
There are many views in which you can view your Contacts in Outlook. You did
not specify which view you want to sort by LN, FN.
What do you mean "it does not do what you tell it to do?" What did you
"tell" Outlook to do and how?

This is the Skinny, I would like to set it up so when I
look at my contacts either on my Palm device or within
the outlook program to see my Contacts listed the same.
That is Last Name First. Straight? Thanks again....

I understand that part.
Can you please tell me in which view you want this to occur?
There are at least a dozen Contacts views in Outlook and I cannot read your
mind.
