Hi,
I have created a folder within public folders to hold all my contacts (400+).
To make sure all the relavant information is stored - and for use in Access later - i have created a custom form to be used.
This works fine, however, there are a few things i would like to do with it that work in the normal way but not with custom forms.
First of all, if a new contact is created and a contact already exists with that name i want a warning message and an option to update or delete.
Secondly, if the user has chosen to create a new contact from an existing company and they update some of the details of the company (ie phone number) i want to be able to find all contacts for that company and update the details in these.
I have been looking at doing this in code in Outlook 2003 but am not getting anywhere. Can anyone help??
Thanks
Kevin
