When I use the address book icon in Word and select a
contact person (a company) from a public folder it shows
the company name correctly in the list (this was also
chosen in Outlook as File As) but the company name is not
inserted - instead the first and last name of the contact
person is shown.
What can I do to have the company name inserted
automatically in the document as this is what I need?
