Outlook Contacts - Suggested New Feature - Special User Warning Fl

I would like the facility in Outlook to flag certain Business Contacts such
that when I try and send an email to these people I am given a confirmation
window to confirm I really do want to send to these people. This would
prevent un-intentionally sending emails to important business contacts or
un-intentionally sending a sensitive mail or file to an in-appropriate
recipient.

It would similarly be useful to have this prompt on a file - So that a file
flagged as sensitive pops up a confirmation window when it is sent in an email

Wouldn't 15 seconds of thought before clicking the send provide the same
feature?
