I have recently purchased Small Business Accounting. I am by no means a
computer wizard or an accountant. I was disappointed at the fact that an
Outlook contact cannot be imported or moved into the accounting program as a
customer. Your tech guys tried to help, but I believe they were a little
stumped as well. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Randy
Borcherding.

Try posting this to a Small Business Accounting group - it is not an Outlook
problem but rather how SBA handles other file types for import.
