I print a contact report (looks like an address book). I have to send via
email so I need it in Word. So I scan it via my HP all-in-one printer to
Word. Only the control characters on the report (if there are any) are not
recognized by Word so things are sometimes scrambled. Part of line 3 is on
line 2 etc.
How can I create a report from Outlook that I can send to many people in
email????

A mailmerge starting from Outlook may be a better option for you.

Try selecting the Contacts then | Tools | Mailmerge | new document | then
use the Insert Merge Fields button to show all the fields you want. Merge
to printer.

Do a test run with just a few contacts selected.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
