Outlook Contacts - Quick Touch Alpha/Numeric

In Outlook Contacts, the alpha/numeric quick touch buttons on the right
should be available in other contact views other then Address Cards. They
should be available in e.g. by company, by category etc.
 
Have you discovered the Type a Contact to Find window in your toolbar? You
can type first or last name, or company name and Outlook will find your
Contacts. You don't even have to have your Contacts folder open to use this
find function!!
