Ok.. Forgive me for using improper information. I'll try to be more
clear.
I have 1 contact folder. It is called "Contacts". That is where ALL of
my
contacts are stored. There are 199 contacts.
Outlook 2003 (11.8118.8122) SP2 is the version I'm using.
If I open the "Contacts" pane, I can see all of my contacts and edit/use
them as intended. But if I am in the "Mail" pane and I click New/To what
shows up in the "Contacts" list is only 29 contacts. Why? I want to be
able
to scroll or search through the entire database of contacts to choose my
mail
recipient(s). Can you please help?
If this is not sufficient information for you to answer the question,
please
tell me whatever else it is that you might need. I still want to solve my
problem.
Many Thanks for your timely response.

Just that you post more information more accurately. Outlook does not
even
have an address book. It only has Contact Folders. The address book is
simply a view of the electronic addresses in your Contacts Folder.
Accordingly, there is no way it can contain more addresses than your
Contact
Folder contains.
State your Outlook version. Reconcile the discrepancies in your post.

I have an outlook address book with 199 entries. If I am within the
"contacts" tab, I can use them all effectively.
However, if I am within the message/mail tab and I want to send a
message,
clicking on the "To" button brings up a list with only 29 of the names
from
the database. I have no idea how to get all of the names from the
entire
list to appear as choices.
Do you have any suggestions?
