Outlook Contacts in Outlook Web Access

Is it possible to have access to my Outlook 2003 client set of
[personal] contacts while using Outlook Web Access when away from my
office? If so, please point me to the proper configuration steps.

No - OWA will only reference your Exchange Contacts folder, not the personal folders contacts folder.
