I am using Outlook 2003. I have a Contacts folder set up which has all of my
contacts. When I use VPN and connect to my work MS Exchange mailbox, I cannot
see all of the contacts in my personal Contacts folder. How can I change the
Contacts folder that is being viewed when I use the Microsoft Exchange server?

By "personal contacts folder," do you mean the Contacts folder in your
mailbox? What's missing?

I am talking about my contacts folder in my mailbox. If I go directly to my
main contacts folder everything is there. However, if I try to create a new
mail message and then try to address it from there, all of my contacts are
not available.

I still don't grasp your configuration. What is your "main contacts folder"
if not the Contacts folder in your mailbox? Have you checked the Properties
dialog for all contacts folders to make sure the check box to show the
folder in the Outlook Address book is checked?
