There a couple of potential causes:
#1 - Just to cover the obvious - you did explicitly MAP the City and State
when exporting?
#2 - If you did item #1 and these 2 fields are not showing up separately
then the question(s) become:
a) does city and state actually exist?
b) have these somehow been incorporated directly into the
address line itself instead of their own
separate fields? (quick way to check, is to open up a
contact where a city and state
is known to exist but does not export - expand the detail
address info for that contact
and see if the city and state shows up in the address line
versus the specific city/state fields.)
If you find that this info appears in the address line - there are any
number of legitimate ways that this could have happened - one being that the
user entered the entire address in the Street field itself or the data got
imported into the address street field without designating the city/state
separately etc. We have never found this to be an Outlook issue without
there being some other contributing background reasons.
