When you pull up your contacts list (from within the
letter) when generating an email, the names are listed by
their 1st names, and I see no way to change them to be
displayed by their last names 1st. Any ideas?

I have an idea. Post your Outlook version so we can answer your question.
The method differs for each version.

I have thesame question and I have Outlook XP. Thxs!
