Can someone tell me if there is a utility or a way that I can configure
Outlook to confirm on name selection when addressing an e-mail? Here is the
scenario I have 10 individuals with the last name of Brown. I go to Outlook
to send an e-mail and all ten individuals appear. I accidentally select the
firs brown instead of the second and send my e-mail.
Does anyone know of a way that Outlook could confirm on name selection prior
to sending the e-mail? Any help is appreciated.

Odd question. Clarify it. How is Outlook supposed to know to which Brown you
intend to send the message? What is it supposed to verify?
Autoresolution already warns you when other Contacts with the same name
exist. What else did you think Outlook should do that the end user can't?

With some VBA code you could have Outlook to ask you whether the address is
ok or not before sending any e-mails.
