Outlook Contact General Tab - note section

I would like to find a method to "automatically" insert
Date (and possibly time) at the beginning of each NEW
entry in the note area in the lower half of Outook
Contacts (General Tab) similar to contact management
programs "ACT" and "GoldMine".

If there is a method already in Outlook please let me
know.
