Outlook constantly crashing...

I've got a problem with outlook XP constantly crashing. I've deleted, renemd
the outcmd file, tried the cleanview fix, created a new pst & copied
everything to it & re-installed it & am still having the same problems. When
I re-installed it, all my mail setting, etc. were still there. I'm assuming
there may be some folders I need to delete, as well, before re-installing?
Any advice appreciated-

Try creating a new mail profile as well. That's where many of the mail
settings are kept.
