more clarification would add to my last question that when try open messages
from the outlook 2003 just with hotmail count,there is a statement that
Retrieving data from server and the outlook connector is downloading this
message and checking for viruses which take time then says this item cannot
be displayed in the reading pan.open the item to read it is contents,but
normally same message openfrom my gmail count
 
Instead of creating an new disconnected thread, reply to the original
one with the additional info.

Uninstall your antivirus program, reboot your PC, and reinstall the AV program
without any mail scanning feature.
 
Please,what mean the AV Program?
