Is there any reason to update to Connector 12.1? I'm having problems
with "safe list" emails ending up in Hotmail Junk. When I mark them as "not
junk" they then show up in Outlook as blank (blank sender, blank subject,
blank message).

Blank messages are a common issue with the Hotmail connector originally
caused by having a virus scanner integrated with Outlook. Uninstall this
integration part of your virus scanner and try again; you'd still be
sufficiently protected by your on-access scanner part of the virus scanner.

If that doesn't solve the issue, update to the latest BETA of the Outlook
Connector which you can download here;

Thanks for the tip. I checked Outlook add-ins and didn't see anything about
virus scanning. OneCare allows me to exclude "files and folders from
monitoring and scans". Is this what I should use? If so, then all .pst and
..ost files?

Excluding pst and ost-files is indeed always recommended but it will not fix
your issue. Updating to the latest BETA of the Outlook Connector is probably
your quickest fix.

Thanks Roady. I will get the OCBeta and download. Appreciate your detailed
responses.
