I have just updated my Office from Office XP to Office 2003 because my
outlook wasn't opening correctly, it was saying there was a fault with the
personal folders, i think the error was that it couldn't find the personal
folders.. I removed this version of Office and installed Office 2003.
Whenever I try and open Outlook it starts with the configuring outlook box
and says migrating account settings, but then an error appears saying -
Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window.
The set of folders could not be open. The server is not available. Contact
your administrator if this condition persists.
I have tried running the installation cd to repair office but this hasn't
solved the problem.. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Adam
