outlook configuration

I have a laptop that I cart back and forth from home to work. I need to
check my two POP3 email accounts from both locations. I currently have two
profiles set up, but I get multiple emails, and seperate tasks and contacts.
Each location uses a different ISP, so the only difference in the profiles
are the server settings.
Is there an easier way to do this without having to continually import and
export .pst files?

The isp should only matter when you send messages. In many cases, if you
authenticate with the outgoing server or use a special port, you can send
mail too. If your isp's don't support authentication or special ports, see
http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2004/20040322.htm for one possible
solution for sending mail.
