Outlook Command button to open outlook form

HI,

We have created an Outlook 2007 command button on one machine which opens up an Outlook 2007 custom form. It successfully sends to the intended distribution list group.

The question is how do we distribute this company wide? My understanding is the VBA isn't the way to do this successfully. Ideally, it would be a standard part of all users Outlook toolbar in this office.

Any assisatnce is very much appreciated.
