I would like to use Format Columns to set the column
formats ONCE for all folders in a hierarchy in Outlook.
How can I do that? It seems that Format Columns has to
be used for EACH folder (we have hundreds!) rather than
setting the column formats in the View (which I can't
seem to figure out how to do).
