Outlook Closes whendeclining

When DECLINING a meeting request outlook closes

this is random and never happens when accepting

Any suggestions

tried re - installing outlook
 
Hi,

I was wondering if you ever figured this out, I am having the same problem
and haven't come up with any ideas yet. If you have a solution and wouldn't
mind sharing it, it would be very helpful and much appreciated. Thanks.
