illperuvian,
You will need to set in Outlook to have the Yahoo Mail acct leave a copy of
the message on the server.

In Outlook2003:
Under TOOLS> Mail Accts> Select View or Change Mail Accts> Select the Yahoo
acct> Change button> More Settings button> Advance tab> Select to leave
messages on Server.

1. You should set a time period when to delete email left on the server. So
that the mailbox does not fill up/
2. Regularly check through the webmail interface for this acct, to make sure
that the mailbox is not reaching capacity.
3. Remember that your Spam Rules/Junk Mail filters may not affect the
messages left on the server, and may be still present in the Inbox on the
server. You should use the filters on the site for that mail acct, and
create similar rules as they are in your version of Outlook.
