Hi,
I have a friend that is new to computers and she is unable to insert photos
into her e-mails. She asked me for help. I'm no wiz myself, plus I have
Outlook Express and she has Outlook. I sent her this advice:

try this:
(I have Outlook Express, but hoping that your "Outlook" program will have
similar options.)
While in your Outlook Mail program, click on TOOLS, Then OPTIONS, Then
select the SEND tab, and under "Mail Sending Format", choose HTML. On that
same box, click on "HTML Settings", then check the box that says "Send
pictures with messages". Then, OK your way out of everything and you should
be OK.

She wasn't able to do it and replied:

Whatever this OUTLOOK program is, it does not have
similar options. I got as far as MAIL SENDING FORMAT and that was it. What
in the world is HTML???????

I'd really appreciate it it an Outlook user would help out.

Thanks, ..... Fred

The option you are looking for is located under Tools-> Options-> tab Mail
Format. Here she can select HTML. Do not let here select Rich Text as most
e-mail clients will not support it. For more info regading Rich Text see;
