I have set up my stationery & fonts for new/reply/forwarded emails, and my
signature to use Calibri 11pt font (which is the default for body text).
Everytime I send an email to a an email group that I'm included in, when I
receive a copy of the email, the font size is reduced to 10pt. When I send
an email directly to someone (including myself) the font size doesn't change.
I have changed the font to verdana which doesn't seem to have the same issue
(sends and receives without changing), but I would like to continue using
Calibri which is the company standard. Do you know what the issue could be??
