Outlook changes my POP3 settings...

Hi,

When I start Outlook my POP3 Settings are changed to Localhost, and my user
name is changes to [username]/my pop3 server...
I Have to change all the times this setings to be able to download my mail.

There is any way to prevent outlook to cahnge my settings?

Simply a shot-in-the-dark, but a few versions ago Norton AV used to do
something similar as normal procedure so it could scan incoming messages...
could it be that or some other software, and hopefully not a highjacking
virus?

It's your antivirus software or antispam software. What av software do you
run? Check with the mfr. to see if they have a version that scans mail in a
more sophisticated manner....some may suggest disabling e-mail scanning,
which you can certainly do, but I prefer to have as many layers of
protection as possible.
