outlook cashes

Problem; when I do a new note (in Outlook, I click on the new button) I type the email address but sometime I mistype the address. So when re type the fist 3 letters of that email address it show off with the error in it. My questions is, Can I modify this cashes? Is there a file for this cashes?
 
Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field. To clear the entire cache, follow the instructions here:
