Outlook can't get "out of office"

Hi - hoping for help
I've followed all the help files - to install through add-in manager and
regedt, everything is there but I still don't get the option on the tools
menu - what am I doing wrong?????
I'm using outlook 2002

Out of Office only shows up if there is a Microsoft Exchange e-mail account
defined. For POP3/IMAP, you have to use an Inbox rule to reply with
template (or check with ISP/Webmail interface to see if the mail server
offers this feature).
