Outlook can't find mail server

In Terminal Server, Outlook can't seem to get to the mail
server. Can access same server via webmail client, but
when outlook tries to retrieve mail, it fails. Think this
is simple, any sugestions? Have used Outlook98, and
upgraded to Outlook2000. I installed using the
translation file and everything, it loaded fine, but still
would not retreive mail...

Can you find the server if you attempt to get mail using
an admin account?
