See if following procedure helps:

Start | Run

In den open field type "Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll"

Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll

Copy this path into the clipboard and paste it into the open field.

Which operating system are you using?

Christian,

Thanks again this time it tells me it has succeeded but when I go back into
Outlook and try and reply the same error message appears. I am operating on a
Windows XP Home Edition 2002.

Regards

David

Sorry, my fault. I wanted to ask which version of Outlook you are using
;-).

Did you upgrade from an previous version? In this case see if [1] helps.
