Outlook cannot connect to server

I am running Outlook 2003 and it keeps saying it can't connect to the server
for hotmail. How do I configure it manually, I don't know the server address.

Hi Jen -

As far as I know the only way to connect to hotmail is through the hotmail
add-in for outlook, and that has no configuration settings beyond your user
account information.

If you're getting messages that you can't connect and it's been working
before then it could be a server problem and should sort itself in a couple
of days. If you've been having problems for longer than that then it might
be worth trying to go to the hotmail webpage when it says it can't connect
just to see if it's lying.
