You can export your calendar only to a ,pst file and then use File->Open to
open the file in Outlook and use Copy Calendar option to copy the calendar
items to your home calendar.
I generally will take the appointment (if not created by me) and add my home
address to it and send an update. You can also add your home address to the
Attendees list in any appointment you create. If you do not feel
comfortable having your coworkers knowing your home address, just create the
normal appointment and send to all the attendees, then open it from your
calendar, add your home address, and send the update.
NOTE: Most Exchange servers are set to strip formatting from items being
sent to the Internet - you must double click on your address, select
Properties, and ensure the check box at the bottom is marked to Always Send
Rich Text Format.
