Outlook Calender Blue Time Bar

Hi,

At the moment my calendar is set to week per view with the start time of 8am at the top and end of day at the bottom being 7pm.

The blue time bar drifts starts at the top in the morning and finishes at the bottom at the end of the day.

Is it possible to change the view so that the blue time bar is fixed and the calendar moves in line with the actual time?

Please advise.
