I need to look at the outlook calendar in it's entirety.
Example: when I book meetings in the school hall, church
hall, gym, dining room, etc. I want to view a calendar
that shows all of these meetings on one calendar page. I
don't want to have to print individual calendars for each
meeting room.

Is there a way to do this?

Gail,

Have you tried creating a personal Distribution List (DL)
and adding each of the resources to that DL? When
scheduling a meeting/event, add the DL to your meeting
request as a resource. Then, in the Attendee
Availability tab, expand the DL to view all the resource
availabilities at one time. If in question as to what
event is occuring, (designated by the blue time slot)
right mouse click the blue bar.

When you're ready to choose the resource, click the
envelope next to each of the resources you don't need,
and select; Don't send to this attendee... When all none
required resources have been "X'ed" out, go back to the
appointment tab and only the required resource is left in
the location field.

Hope this helps...

Gail,
There are a couple of ways of doing what you want
depending on how your calendaring is set up. If you are
usoing exchange and your meeting rooms are set up as
resources, you can look at the calendar for that room by
opening the calendar for that rom or use group schduling
to view various rooms simultaneously. Also you can try
using other views of your calendar. If you are using
Office 2003 you can move the optional views to the
navigation pane for easy selection and display multiple
calendars side-by-side.
