Outlook Calendar

I am trying to set up my calender to enable my PA to
receive a notification when I enter or amend an item on
my calendar. This is to save her time looking through the
calender to check for new or amended appointments
I have checked the help files but cannot see any
reference to this
Anyone know how this can be done?
