I am sure this issued has been discussed million times, and I wish I
could read the archives than to post similar problem.

I have added Canadian holidays to my outlook. I was hoping that dates
related to Canadian will be incorporating into my existing holidays;
instead it has created a separate calendar.

I don’t want a special Canadian calendar – I want the holidays related
to Canadian to be added to my existing calendar...

.....then the calendar would have to include details from every other
country in the world? Why not use the original AND the Canadian
version?

I can only give you the settings for Outlook 2002:

Tools
Options
Preferences tab
Calendar Options
Add Holidays
Tick Canada and then tick the US
OK your way out.

I also have a lot of cross-border work so use both sets of holidays on
my calendar.
