Outlook calendar

My appointments prior to May 2009 have disappeared from my calendar; only
recurring events remain. How do I retrieve the appointments or are they lost
forever?

Do you have a backup? If not, they are lost forever unless you see them in
the Deleted items folder.

Do you sync with a blackberry or other handheld device? That is a common
cause of older items going missing.

Hi Sasha. For future reference, one useful app for archiving Outlook calendar appointments is WinCalendar. You can use this to save your entire past year appointments as a fully formatted calendar in native MS Word or Excel Format. For more info see: http://www.wincalendar.com/Outlook-Calendar-Import.htm
