A title where? On the screen? In the printout? For your default Calendar folder? Another folder? In what version of Outlook?

I want to put a title on my printout at the top beside JUNE 2006. I want to
store it in another folder so I can add the rest of the months. I don't
know what version I have. How can I find that out?

Thanks!

A calendar *is* a folder in the context of Outlook. It contains all the months. You simply print out what months you want to print.

You can put a title at the top of the page, above the calendar, by modifying the page setup to add header text.

If you want complete control over what prints, you can use a Word macro; see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print for examples.

I have version 2000. I want to put a title on the top of the calendar. So
far, I've solved this problem by typing my Title in powerpoint and then
feeding the calendar thru the printer, it worked! I've been told I can't
put a title on a calendar in the version 2000 of outlook!

I cannot add a title because I can't get to the header edit. My version is
outlook 2000. I've solved this problem by typing my "Title" in a powerpoint
slide, then feeding my calendar thru the printer - it worked! I've been
told that this version will not allow me to adjust, edit, or add a title.
What do you think?
Thanks,
Pat
