We have Office 2003 with an Exchange server 2003. I am
trying to create a calendar for a law firm that can be
easily searched with names, dates, or specific words in
notes. It will hold events from as long ago as 1997 and
needs to be easy to read. Does anyone have an idea how
to set this up simply or have done this before? Is there
an easy way export/import information from MS Word, where
the calendar is currently, into Outlook where it will
take up less space? Would it be easier to create it in
an Access database?
