How do i add for instance a laptop our exchange server.
Where i can a laptop so people can check it out and
everyone else in our company knows its checked out by
typing the the laptop name and notices its checkout

Add a calendar object in Public Folders (name it e.g.,
Laptop01) and give everyone read permissions. Assign a
security group to administer the calendar.
