Outlook Calendar Weekly view should also show Day Names

In the weekly view of Calendar, the days should be headed with their Names as
well as their monthly day value. e.g. "Monday" alongside the existing "10
October"

I am using 11.5608.5606

Change your long date format to include the day name token (dddd) here:
Control Panel > Regional Settings > Date tab
