In my company people send meeting invites with attachments regularly.
Mailboxes bog down regularly. I would like, when meeting request received and
accepted, to see attachments automatically filed on shared or hard drive (my
choice) and removed from my calendar. When I attend meeting and need
attachments I'd like to click on a button to retrieve attachments for that
particular e-mail. That would make my life much easier and my calendar much
smaller. I can do this manually today by saving off the docs to my hard
drive but retrieval is a pain when you have quite a few (and I have quite a
few).
