UsingOutlook XP and Axxess xp (2002) I want to import calendar items into
Access. I think I need to use Code rather than a huilt-in wizard. But, I
have absolutely no idea how to do this. Can any one advise.coach me on
this?

You can link to your calendar.
File, Get External Data, set the data type to Outlook, then select
your calendar
Then you can run an append query to copy calendar items to a table in
Access. Once the table is attached, it can be queried just like a
normal Access table.

I am running into a problem. I cannot select my calendar. Instead the "Link
Tables/Outlook Wizard won't open the Personal Folders folder and let me get
to the Calendar items. When I clock on the + sign to open Personal Folders,
an error message says "Personal Folder is currently unavailable. The wizard
cannot access it." Do you know what I can do to get this to work correctly?
