Can anyone help?

I have access thru Outlook (XP version) to my boss'
calendar. I can make, delete, etc. appointments for him.
However, today I realized that when I pull up his schedule
on my computer it shows meeting that I thought I scheduled
for example at 8:30 are really scheduled at 9:30 on his
computer. The time is off by one hour. How do I fix
this? What is the problem. I thought it may be a time
zone issue - it's not. I thought maybe one of the
computer's didn't get updated for daylight savings time -
that doesn't seem to be the issue either. HELP!!!!

I've got this problem, too. The hour difference happens
when I sync with my Pocket PC AND my Motorola phone, so
I'd say it's clearly a problem with Outlook. Don't have
a solution yet, but would sure love it if somebody does.
I agree it doesn't appear to be a time zone problem.
Help!

Well, I'm not sure this is a complete fix, but it's worth
a try. I got this idea from another post on this site.
On second thought it may be a time zone problem after all
because apparently Outlook has its own clock and time
zone setting. So just because our computer clock and the
device clock is the same doesn't mean Outlook's is.

In Outlook got to Tools/Options/Calendar Options/Time
Zone (under Advanced Options)/check mark Adjust for
Daylight Saving Time. Now check if the time in the
Outlook window matches your computer's time. It actually
changed my computer time, and I had to change the
computer's clock back so that it matched Outlook.

Now, this messed up my past appointments in my desktop or
default calendar and made then off by an hour either
backward or forward (I forget which), but when I inserted
new appointments and then synced, the time seemed to stay
true, at least for now. Maybe this will help you and
others.

I am having the exact same problem. When I synx my new
axim with outlook everything is an hour off. If I change
the time in software to match it changes the whole
computer to wrong time. Please let me know if you get an
answer.

Check the time zone and daylight saving time settings in Windows, in
Outlook, and on the Axim. All of them must agree with each other or you'll
have the problem you describe.
