Outlook is not Works nor an upgrade from the Works calendar. It is a part
of Office System.
Try Magic Mail Monitor - it is free and works quite well.

|| No. But you can use a notifier program that will open a stub of
|| Outlook in order to get reminders - please note, they can keep
|| Outlook from closing completely and cause problems at shutdown.
