outlook calendar problem

I don't want people to access my calendar in outlook (i.e.
people cannot select File->Open->Other User's Folders->Calendar
to open my calendar), but I want people to see my schedule when they
are doing scheduling.

I right click Calendar->Properties->Permissions, and set permission
level to None


Is it possible to do that? please advise.

You can restrict access to opening your calendar by what you propose but you
will need to set your free/busy to publish in order for folks to know when
you can be scheduled. You will also need to turn off "show calendar detail
in grids" to further restrict people from seeing what you are doing.
