Hi,
I was wondering if anyone here knows how I can customize the colours Outlook 2007 chooses to display shared calendars, e.g. side-by-side or overlay.
When overlaying them, I would like items to be shown in the colors of the calendar rather than the category within the shared calendar, and I would like to be able to define these colours, rather than it showing up in some predefined random colours chosen by outlook.
I have tried doing this by Customizing Current View and adding Conditions for Automatic Formatting, using the Attendees field and putting the name of the creator of the shared calendar there, but that does not seem to do anything at all. I've also tried by using the Organized By field, but that also does nothing.
Anyone any ideas? I've been googling for a while now, but it seems nobody has an answer to this problem.
Thanks,
Steph
