Good morning,

I am working with a Terminal Server running Server 2003.
The clients all have a Windows XP and Office 2003
interface when they log in to their sessions.

When you go into Outlook, and you look at some users
calendars, it shows that there is no information for that
user for that day. With some users there is calendar
information. Others there's not.

Is this a security issue? Some sort of rights issue?

Ok, I have more informaytion for you out there.

The client machines are all Outlook 2003. They are interfacing with a Exchange 2000 server. Through giving the read security right to the users on all calendars, all users are now able to see up to 60 days on the calendar. This appears to be a limitation of Outlook. It only looks up to 60 days ahead even if you select 5 months, or 25 months.

Does anyone know how to override the security rights or whatever it may be that isn't allowing people who look at their calendar to see anything from after April 31st

Please if you can give me some insight!

Ok, now I found it. I had to use a weird text search
string, but here is the way to adjust the Calendar
default for the amount of time in months it will show.
This article does discuss that the default is 2 months.
ALso, it takes up to 15 minutes for the free busy
information to show up in everyone's calendar.
