outlook calendar event

i would like to upload my calendar webpages to a webhost,
and then be able to add and remove events from the
webpages when the calendar is viewed in a browser. I am
looking for code or an add-in that would let me do this.
I am currently using outlook 2002, but would go to 2003
if it would facilitate this process
