I've got Office 2003 on 2 PCs. I want to find the Outlook Calendar data on
one and put a copy on the other. What file do I look for & where?

Got it, remembered I could do an Export/Import of Outlook data.

Exporting and importing is not really the best way to accomplish this. A
better way would be to simply transfer the PST on one machine to the other
and open it in Outlook on the second machine. If you want to transfer only
the calendar, create a second PST, copy the calendar to it, and transfer
that PST. No import/export needed. Exporting and importing loses data.

That was my intent but could never find the PST so used Export/Import. I
did a search using *.pst. I've not noticed any data loss yet but a lot of
duplication.

The default location for PSTs is a hidden folder: %UserProfile%\Locall
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. When you search, you have to
include hidden files and folders.
